Religious Institutions Act XV of 1950 and entrusted with a task of administrating 1248 temples in
the erstwhile princely state of Travancore comprised in the State of Kerala offers oppurtunity for booking Vazhipadu and Accomodation
through internet/Online platform. The terms and conditions applicable to booking through travancoredevaswom.org website are detailed
in this document. The following conditions would be applicable for booking Vazhipadu and accomodation through our website.
Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site.
User Account:
You need to register through our website online in order to book Vazhipadu and Accomodation in our temples.
No user can register more than once on the site. You will receive a password and account designation
upon completing our registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password and the account created by you.
Ensure you do not tamper with your account created. Travancore Devaswom will not be responsible for any issues/damage/loss arising due to this.

form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject
to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Payment Option:
By the use of any of the payment methods available on the website Travacore Devaswom Board shall not be responsible or assume any liability,
whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly by the customer
Lack of authorization for any transaction
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
Decline of transaction for any other reason
Security:
The payments made to Travancore Devaswom Board for booking accomodation and vazhipadu will be through one of the payment mechanism provided in our website which
is safe and secured. For your security your card and other bank details will not be stored in our website.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policy of Travancore Devaswom Board states that once Accomodation/Vazhipadu is booked and
confirmed no cancellation of the booking would be allowed thereafter.
